Nutrition and Fitness Specialist Hello, I have been training for over 10 years and have a Bachelors in Nutrition/Dietetics. I specialize in Nutrition and lifestyle altercations along with functional strength training. My goal is to empower my clients to make informed decisions that will allow them to reach their goals both in and out of the gym. My clients can expect a customized plan tailored to their individual needs, as well as education to help them reach their goals.
